Steps Taken till now: 1. New outlook profile 2. New Windows profile 3. MaxTokenSize settings in client 4. Tried loading different user logins in these affected machines but same issue & above error 5. HKCU\Microsoft\12.0\Outlook\RPC .......reg fix tried 6. Netsh int ip set chimney DISABLED But nothing solving the issue....Any server Side Check??? What to check in the DNS or how to check that in client machine.....recently i am flooding with calls for the same. NSLOOKUP doing good no error..... But there are lot of machines where user profile not at all loading. If the user tries to login to another machine there is no issue.... Please suggest any other alternative checks Eagerly waiting for the solution.... Manju Gowda

You need to give more detail on your Exchange environment. What version of Exchange? Server distribution? Load Balancer? Have you tried opening the mailbox in OWA?
